I accidently discoverd this cool tool. Whether you're trying to pitch a packaging idea, a billboard in Times Square (see below for examples), a subway ad or just a shopping bag, LiveSurface is a great tool to bring your ideas to life without hours on Photoshop. These high-res Photoshop image templates with re-masked and embedded 3D surfaces allow anyone to easily visual their concepts without much speical skill. They've been individual images, which include a book box and CD/DVD jewelcase. These are available for a fee and I am not sure about how they priced. There is an Object Series: Starter Set, a set of 25 layered images and their associated sizing templates for $289. All images are built to work with Photoshop 7, CS, and CS2 (CS2 is required for Vanishing Point functionality) and Illustrator 10, CS, and CS2 running on Mac OS X and Windows. I think it worths the price.
