Teaching Innovation at Stanford

Two professors Bob Sutton and Michael Dearing of a joint Stanford Technology Ventures Program and Stanford d.school class decided to see how creative the students could get by subjecting them to an absurdly hard final exam. They asked each one to make a short video that summarized what they learned in the class. Here is one by Gus Bitdinger, who wrote this original song that combined both the lessons learned in class about challenges of doing creative things in organizations, the mindsets and methods that kill creativity, and the ways to overcome them. I thought this was a good one to share. Next week I will get into this subject more in a series fashion. Enjoy!
